A few words about bastinado
Bastinado is a form of corporal punishment also known as foot whipping or falaka. The punishment itself is about human feet beating with piece of bamboo stick or whip.
Bastinado is known as a form of torture because it is really painful. Human foot has a lot of nerve endings and a numerous small bones and tendons. Affecting them with whipping makes falaka a really severe punishment. Another advantage of bastinado is that it leaves no visible marks on foot skin.
The subject of bastinado punishment is usually restricted with bondage or other types of BDSM equipment. Different forms of stocks and racks are used to hold slave's feet in fixed position while the falaka strokes are made. Upsidedown suspension pose is also commonly used for bastinado punishments.
Bastinado was invented in China and for many centuries was used as a form of school corporal punishment in many countries. Now it is very popular in BDMS culture and lifestyle. Classic bondage action along with femdom training are using bastinado as a form of slave punishment.
